This was done for the Three Muses challenge this week. The bike is from RaspberryRoad Cottage Garden kit, the road is by elash and the background is by Christina Brown.
Nice combination and arrangement of images,here... and quite agree with your observation that a lot of digital work -especially collaging-already does contain elements of the Surreal ! ( Thank-you, Kurt Schwitters et all )!
Wow! I think I mentioned that, to me, surreal means "unexpected" and your wonderful picture certainly fits that bill. It jumps off the page with its colour and creativity. I love your idea of superimposing the cyclists on the old penny farthing bicycle. Wouldn't it make a great poster for the Tour de France which is very topical at the moment? Anne, I love the way your mind works and your artwork is fantastic.
When I was 5 or 6, I started my artistic career by writing "Diane Did It"all over the outside of our house in crayon. Hence the name of this blog and my website.
After that, my artistic talent hibernated for 40 years or so until I discovered scrapbooking and card-making. That addiction took all my spare time for a couple of years, and then I discovered fabric and fiber! And then digital scrapbooking. And now digital art! There aren't enough hours in the day!
