I ventured out in the snow with a bag over my camera and got this tree shot. I added a white layer, decreased the opacity, extracted the tree and then used a dissolve on the white layer.

Why Diane Did It?
When I was 5 or 6, I started my artistic career by writing "Diane Did It"all over the outside of our house in crayon. Hence the name of this blog and my website.
After that, my artistic talent hibernated for 40 years or so until I discovered scrapbooking and card-making. That addiction took all my spare time for a couple of years, and then I discovered fabric and fiber! And then digital scrapbooking. And now digital art! There aren't enough hours in the day!
